the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried their best to help us. the receptionist and the restaurant manager were the friendliest among the staff!

the hotel has just been taken over by another party but they didnt inform us about it so when we arrived at the location the hotel didnt exist. until we entered and asked them if this is the LHeritage hotel. we were given a room but the shower drain didnt work so we were shifted to another room which had 2 single beds instead of a double bed, the toilet WC looked to be not in use for a while and there were no vents in the bathroom. the flush of the WC was hidden. the room we got eventually was on the 8th floor but the elevator goes upto 7th floor so we had to walk another floor. the corridors of our floor were always full of trolleys stacked with dirty laundry. wouldnt recommend this place at the moment until these issues are resolved

It was absolutely great. Very friendly and helpful staff. the room was very clean and luxurious. I felt very comfortable at this hotel. I would definitely book it again.

Nice location and friendly staff... Large room with large bakcony and fast internet. Lots of restaurants and activities at walking distance.

Some small communication issues but besides that was good.

Very good location, convenient, clean and good services, very nice staffs. I originally booked online with Hanoi L'Heritage Center Hotel and Spa but they had relocated us to Luxury Old Quarter Hotel because of remodeling. Room for the 1st night was not happy because of the room smelled musty, so I requested to switch to another room and they gave me a room with city view. Very nice

The location is really nice, super close to Old Town in Ha Noi. The room is clean and bright, the staff come and tidy everything up daily. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this place next time in Ha Noi.

Actually the staff called me and told me that I will stay in other hotel in Hang Bo street that is managed by the same hotel chain, however, the qualiy is the same (4 star), the location is still great so nothing to complain here.

Great location and very friendly staff, they kindly kept our bags for us whilst we went to Halong Bay.

We ended up having to stay at the sister property as the lift in this property was broken but we were upgraded rooms which was lovely. very comfy bed, great balcony, great bath and tv facilities! Staff were kind and helpful

There was no breakfast available at the hotel but lots of eateries nearby. Location was very convenient to the major places of interest by foot. Room was well presented , clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Location, staff were nice enough

The finer details, specification was not as expected when looking at images and reviews. The bath smelt of drainage. didnt want to use it for that reason. Very slim hotel with very little space to navigate on hallways. Stairwells oddly full of housekeeping items although assume this due to storage issues.Mould around AC unit, patch on wall where there seemed to have been a leak at one point.Our suite was not ready at 3pm, despite check in time being from 2pm- was moved to a very small and narrow double for 45 minutes although we appreciated the staff doing so we were not able to do much during that time. All in all, not for us- might be for others but we are used to a higher standard.Staff were nice however so we are not aiming this review at them.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a big variety and was tasty.

They need to maintain better the fitness equipment. One machine was almost broken.

Lovely front desk staff - Tracey was lovely super helpful and listen to us about our concerns very attentive. all other front desk staff attentive to needs. Suprised with Birthday cake as it was my birthday.Great location, close to beer st. And close to lake. Breakfast was nice good selection. Shower was nice and hot considering it was cold outside.

First room was fillied with mould on wall, accompanied by a mouldy smell. Second room slightly better - mouse in AC didn't use it so we dont harm it.Housekeeping extremely loud, walked into room whilst sleeping not once but 3 times. Mini fridge leaked in both rooms.

Location is nice. It stands in the old town of Hanoi, but not around the noisy area. Water pressure, hot water are both ok.

Couldn't stand on the shower (I am 1.85m tall). We stayed in the 7th floor. We came back to the hotel a few days later and stayed in another room on the 6th floor and in that one I could stand, but not for much.

The reception work so efficiency and the room is comfortable . location is great .

The decoration of the hotel is classic. But 1) the restaurant staff need training about ask the customer choice of the breakfast menu , not beside the food table .2) the restaurant have not provide any towel to cover a baguette , everyone can hold it , so dirty .

Attentive staff, clean and pleasant rooms. Free printing at the front desk for travel documents. Close to the centre of town, easy access to the lake and temple. Plenty of shopping and coffee close by. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Boutique hotel with lift. Very good breakfast. Had a deluxe room with balcony which had a great view. Comfy bed, hot water, ac and tv sat channels. Great staff and Cynthia explained the area and gave me great advise. All the staff made me feel welcome and made my stay very pleasant. The location is wonderful just 5 minute walk to lake. My favorite restaurant Downtown cafe and restaurant, but many good options for food.

They went all out to prepare a nice surprise for my wife's birthday. There was a cake and thr room was set up for a honeymoon. Will definitely stay there again if i visit Hanoi. Thank you L'Heritage Centre Hotel & Spa. You made our first trip a very memorable one for me and my wife.

Nothing! Everything was superb.

The hotel location was very close to the tourist attraction. Easy access to the night market area within 10 minutes. The room size is reasonable and breakfast is standard food.

Too busy at night to walk on the street. Noisy and dusty.
